A three-room loft that you can buy

The couple from eastern London has their own apartment available on the market. the actual flat happens to be on the 3rd floor within the seven-floor block of flats. The flat has been paid for 10 years ago and then from this time it has been presented with an extensive make-over. Inside there are 3 rooms, a kitchen, a rest room along with a wc (which are placed separately).

the most important room is designed for a bedroom; inside there seats up a dual bed as well as several pantry shelves – two smaller sized close to the bed along with a larger one right next to entrance. the next (and the very biggest) area is adapted for any family room merged with a dining area. In the room there are a couch for four people (which can serve as a place to sleep, as well), two armchairs, a table, a sideboard (that are generally bespoke furniture home especially fitted for the room) and a small home cinema (a big plasma display with a complete set of speakers). on the other section of the place there is a kitchen table along with ergonomic chairs – a group intended for 6 persons; the family table unfolds. using this area it is possible to step out to the terrace; you will find hand crafted straw-plaited table and four chairs. On the balcony there is also a small vegetable garden, primarily full of herbal plants but also with a number of containers with plants. the 3rd place is adapted for an office environment with a sizeable bookcase filled with books along with a desks. This space may be quite simply re-adapted to get a kid's room. The bespoke kitchen is well-found with a bright beige hand crafted home furnishings. This kitchen area is in fact rather petite, so it had to be complete with a custom household furniture to spare enough area for just two people. The bathroom and toilet are finished with usage of warm designs, which include beige, brown and a little bit of orange. In the passageway you will find a colossal bespoke armoire, which easily seats up most of the man's together with woman's garments.
